Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions


  • We will not groom any dogs registered under the Dangerous dog act 1991, the Dangerous Dogs (amendment) act 1997 or any further amendments, This also includes any dog crossed with the following pitbull terrier, dogo argentino, japanese tosa or fila brasilrio.
  • You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit when booking this deposit is refunded off the full price of the groom. Your deposit secures against any missed or cancelled appointments and if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be non refundable
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we can not guarantee your appointment will remain and your deposit may not be refunded.
  • Please make sure your dog has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before the appointment.
  • Please do not feed your dog within 30 minutes prior to the appointment
  • We reserve the right to refuse any customer without reason
  • We reserve the right to refuse to groom any pet without reason including if your pet appears to be unwell.
  • You are responsible for keeping your dogs vaccinations up to date.
  • We recommend to wait at least 2 weeks after your puppies vaccinations before booking in for a puppy groom.
  • We will not groom any dog that has had a microchip within the last 24 hours
  • We reserve the right to refuse dogs under sedation medication
  • You must inform us of any medical conditions and any medication that you pet is currently taking.


Extra care


  • We will not accept any dog that is in season or pregnant
  • If your dog is found to have fleas an additional cost of £12, Your pet will be bathed in a flea shampoo and the salon will be disinfected.
  • If in our opinion we believe that your pet requires immediate veterinary attention in our care, you agree that your pet will receive this attention and that you will be liable for any resulting costs
  • Any dog that is being aggressive towards a member of the team will be refused. It is the owners responsibility to inform the team, refusal may result in the groom not taking place
  • We will not be liable for any loss of or damage to personal items
  • We strongly advise pet insurance, your pet is left with us entirely at your own risk and we will not take any responsibility for any loss, death or illness suffered by your pet whilst in our care, except to the extent that we are unable to limit our liability
